If you notice anything in the Reserve needing attention, please use the Snap Send Solve application on your mobile phone, and send to the Council, or ring the Council on (03) 941 8999.

Always ask to be updated from the Council and write down the ‘ticket’ number which is Council’s reference number for the request for service. If there has been no confirmation from Council that your concern is being acted on, in 24 hours, call again and refer to your “ticket” number.
